They have always gone above and beyond to take care of me with any questions or concerns about my policy or any potential policies that I might want to open. I have always felt like a needy customer but, anytime that I have called with a question they have always done everything they possibly can to answer it or take care of any concerns that may come up on my part. I was recently in auto accident and they have been wonderful to work with on handling the entire process of getting the estimate on my car, getting my car into a body shop, getting a rental car, and making me feel at ease about the whole process. I have and will continue to recommend Lance Taylor State Farm to anyone and everyone that is looking for an amazing insurance agency. Again, their staff is absolutely amazing and I would not get my insurance through anyone else."

"I have experienced the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at Lance Taylor State Farm. Their team was quick & efficient until I no longer benefited them. While trying to close a policy, I have been sent in circles by multiple team members. They do not return phone calls. Their receptionist says they aren’t in their offices. I’ve signed papers & received those same papers in the mail saying they were never filed. Be CAREFUL doing business with them. They were GREAT in the beginning, but as soon as I mentioned the close of a policy their customer service took a DRASTIC change."

"Noah was the person I first had contact with. He was very courteous. He asked if he could get me a quote for car insurance. I agreed. His quote could not beat the one I had. He asked if he could contact me at a later date and I agreed. About 4 months later he called again. I let him get me a quote and he could save me $140.00 a month! I agreed to change to State Farm. Everyone has been very kind. I recommend you allow them to give you a quote. I’m saving over $1400.00 a year . Maybe you can save too."
