"I've had our home insured through Lance Taylor State Farm for a few years now and I have been nothing but overly satisfied with the service I have received. We own a double wide and I was finding it very difficult to obtain insurance coverage for a used, older mobile home but I contacted their office and within a few days our home was covered and at a reasonable monthly installment. I have recently had a new garage built and needed to up my coverage amount on my out building and I contacted them and they're in the process of getting it taken care of. I also added a new metal roof to our home and they're in the process of seeing if it will possibly decrease my monthly payment upon renewal. They couldn't guarantee it because it goes to their underwriting department for Dr denial or approval. Overall I would definitely recommend the folks at Lance Taylor State Farm for all your auto, home, and other insurance needs because the service and commitment to their customers has for me been great!! Diane has been so helpful, I call her and she gets the first car all took care of within minutes and I had my temporary insurance card, long story short, that car didn’t work out, I call Diane upset, she assured me everything will be okay and work out, Diane took care of everything on the old car and told me not to worry about a thing. I was able to find another car and I emailed Diane everything on the new car and she emailed me back within minutes with everything I needed for the new car. Diane you have been a blessing to me and I appreciate you so very much! From the totaling of my old car, to the new car and now to the new car we are getting, it’s been a very stressful time but you Diane have been the light at the end of the tunnel with no extra issues just being professional and friendly."
