"Diane at Lance Taylor’s office has been the biggest relief from the beginning of my car journey. Diane has been so helpful, I call her and she gets the first car all took care of within minutes and I had my temporary insurance card, long story short, that car didn’t work out, I call Diane upset, she assured me everything will be okay and work out, Diane took care of everything on the old car and told me not to worry about a thing. I was able to find another car and I emailed Diane everything on the new car and she emailed me back within minutes with everything I needed for the new car. Diane you have been a blessing to me and I appreciate you so very much! From the totaling of my old car, to the new car and now to the new car we are getting, it’s been a very stressful time but you Diane have been the light at the end of the tunnel with no extra issues just being professional and friendly."
